This season, the Schenectady Civic Players will launch a series of readings that will focus on new original works. Dubbed the "New Writer's Forum." each date in the series will feature the reading of a new dramatic work accompanied by light refreshments. Playwrights are welcome to submit both one-act (one hour or less) and full-length plays for consideration. Musical submissions are not being accepted at this time. The readings will be open to the public, and members of the audience will be asked to take an active role in the readings and to offer feedback to the author.
